Registration Procedure
- All orgiginal and translated documents need to be submitted to teh FIFTA.
- The FIFTA will issue teh certificate within one month.

Registration Documents
- An introduction of the foreign legal entity, an official letter from the head company
- A copy of charters of the foreign legal entity
- A copy of certificate of the foreign legal entity
- A definition of the bank on solvency
- The charter of the representative office with notariased guarantee
- The address of the representative office with notariased guarantee
Remarks
- All above mentioned documents need to be translated and notarized. Once they are translated and notarized it will take a week from FIFTA to issue the certificate.
- Should the representative office registration process take place in your absence your power of attorney is needed.
