Registration Procedure
- Relevant documents need to be submitted to the Mongolian Immigration Agency. Click here for the list of documents needed.
- The civil servant in charge of your file will study your documents and check their truthfulness with respective administrations such as the Mongolian State Police Office and Mongolian Intelligence Agency.
- The whole process will take 45 days.
Remarks
- The NGO's certificate will first be issued for one year. It will be prolonged by one or two years each time the term of the certificate expires.
- Before prolonging the certificate, the Mongolian Immigration Agency will conduct an enquiry regarding the NGO’s activities in Mongolia. Only if the activities of the NGO are approved, the Mongolian Immigration Agency will extend the NGO’s certificate.

- Introduction of the Members of the Board.
- Notarized Certificate Copy.
- Financial Resources of the NGO's representative office.
- Performance Plan and Implementation Time of the NGO's representative office.
- Passport copy of the General manager of the NGO's representative office.
- Power of Attorney issued by the head office to the representative office.
Remarks
- All documents need to be translated into Mongolian by an official Mongolian translation bureau.

Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reports
- Monthly Reports
1) Submit monthly social and health insurance report.
2) Submit monthly personal income tax report.

1) Submit annual activity report before 15th of February of each year to Mongolia Immigration Agency.
2) Submit annual financial statements before 15th of February of each year to Tax Office.

Remarks
After registration, the NGO’s representative office in Mongolia, the representative office can introduce a demand for a one year multiple entry visa for its foreign workers. This procedure passes through 2 administrations: Mongolia Immigration Agency and Labor and Social Welfare Office Service. Visas will be issued for one year and can be extended yearly.
